Some people say if you’re not Virgina’s resident don’t need to pay it. Is that possible?

find out what you owe,and send them the money. thats the best way. if you plan on never going back there, you may get away with it. but,if you don’t pay,and go back there, theyll have a warrant out for you. then it will cost you more. also, you could be stopped in new york and when they run you, they find out you have a warrant in va. they’ll run you in. (if va.wants you.) best thing is,just send them the money.

You need to pay the ticket or take it to court. If you don’t, Virginia will likely put out a warrant for your arrest and New York will suspend your driver’s license until you pay it.
