I can’t believe some of the answers here… you all need to get informed before answering here, and stop posting stupidity about community rules… the question is on the right place and is 100% valid and everybody should learn this things.
To answer, yes, it is safe as long as you both are clean and don’t have any sickness.
Best thing to do is to go to your doctor and have a full check up that includes STDs (sexually transmitted disease). My wife and I do this at least once a year. We do not sleep around with other people, but is good to check up as you could get some disease by other means, like in public bathrooms.
If you two are healthy, then just make sure to be clean down there for the best oral sex experience. The bacteria present in the vagina is minimal and should be killed by your saliva, so it is safe to lick and swallow. Same with her giving you oral.
On the other hand, be careful with the “rear exit” as in there you can find a complete different set of bacteria that can give you infections. This is why women should always wipe from the front to the back and why you should use a condom if you two want to have anal sex.
As long you two are clean, and keep those little rules in mind, you can have lots of fun in bed and a very healthy sexual life.
