When you ejaculate inside the virgina, I guess sperm will be spread all over Virgina, Uterus, and Fallopian Tubes. So please tell me how many days sperm will be alive in those three different areas specifically.

It sounds like you need a course in sex education to learn more about how eggs are fertilized and the pathway sperm takes through the female reproductive system. Here’s a link for you that has a lot of information you may be interested in, detailing exactly what occurs:

To answer your question, if the sperm implants somewhere other than the uterine wall, it is called an ectopic pregnancy. An ectopic pregnancy cannot survive. When they occur, they can happen in the fallopian tube (most often) or in the ovaries. So sperm doesn’t "survive", per se, in the fallopian tubes.

After you ejaculate in a woman’s vagina the sperm will survive typically between 24-48 hours. However, there have been cases of it surviving as long as 7 days.

For actual conception to occur, it takes between 8-10 days.
