Is the Rosslyn hotel in downtown L.A. a safe place to live cosidering 50% of the tenants are aparent drugusers?

I would pass on it considering you KNOW what is going on with a lot of the tenants. You just can’t be tooooo safe.

    What are the other half?

    Does it make sense to you to even ask about the safety of an apt if half are out of their mind high on something?
