I’ve been looking at apartments online particularly in Jacksonville, FL because I’m thinking of relocating there in the next 4-6 months. I’m trying to find a place that has monthly rent under $400 and I came across this plae called The Willow Lakes of Arlington. The rent seemed really cheap, almost too good to be true, of course there is the possibility that the website is out of date.
Does anybody live here? If so, how much is the rent for a 1 bedroom and/or studio apt? Also, would you recommend living here (safety, location within Jacksonville, etc.)?

$99.00 is the move-in -special rate if you qualify. You will need good rental history, good job history, no felonies, no evictions, no broken leases to qualify for any move in special, otherwise you have to pay the full deposit and pro-rated monthly rent.
There are plenty in the area. I work in Arlington and we have a few 2-BR 2-BA 1000.s.f. for around $595.00. You pay the electric.
Also try North Arlington in the Westdale Hills area. By 157 North/Euless. Really fun location and lots of floorplans to choose from!

Im trying to move somewhere where the rent is between $400 and $1000,can somebody tell where i can find some apartments in the Metropolitian Area in Virginia?
Apartmentguide.com is usually good and forrent.com.
Your range may need to be closer to $1000 and up, it is very expensive in that area.
I know that there are certain apartments in the area that have lower rent rates for people making under like 30K a year, and it is really hard to find out which ones they are, a little help?!

At one time the Arlington police chief was the highest paid police chief in the state of Texas. This was because of the high crime in Arlington. I don’t think it’s a good place for a family. There are better places to live.
