Hi, I am relocating from Dallas, TX to Arlington, VA. I am a 29F professional. Where are some good palces to live. I am looking at Courthouse, Ballston, Clarendon areas. i have extrememly noisy upstairs neighbors. i have tried speaking with management but they insist there is nothing they can do. i was told to call the police (which i did) and after two or three reports filed with the police then the office would allow us to move to another apartment. i however, do not think this is appropiate. why should i have to move when they are the ones causing the problems? i hope someone can help me out and let me know what my rights are as a tenet. can i not get them evicted?
two ways you can go Civil or Criminal. I would adviser your landlord that you are at wits end and that you are going to seek legal advice. Talk to an attorney (most the time initial consultation is free) He/She can advise you further. Also your landlord depending on your situation my be held liable. Keep filing complaints with local law enforcement at all occurrences to create a paper trail. Good luck and try to keep your cool.
We will be staying for a week. Online reviews of local hotels are up and down. Just want a safe area to get a good nights sleep.

The tough part of the equation would be in trying to predict traffic, particularly through Georgetown and over the Key Bridge. I’ve made it from Dupont Metro south exit to Wisconsin Avenue fairly quickly (10-15 minutes) on the circulator and would predict a few minutes more to complete the route to Rosslyn under normal circumstances. In rush hour traffic all bets are off; I fear the travel time could double or possibly triple.

They have only completed a perfect regular season which 3 other teams have done. The Chicago bears did it twice but lost in the championship game and then the 72 dolphins went all the way.

I have a Springfield XD 45. I need to adjust the rear sights but they are about impossible to move. I looked for sight adjusting tools but cant find any that are not for the Glock. Guess being because the XD is fairly new on the market.
Any suggestions?

There is no hex to adjust or anything in the manual, also tried tapping , it movet but not much. And I had to hit it hard and hate to do that.
My xd has fixed sights I believe. Can’t be changed. Try a different load, it might shoot closer to point of aim. I have the 5" xd tactical in 40 S&W. There are a number of after market sights on the market. If you found one that was a different height, you could make the group move vertically, but horizontally might be a challenge. It’s possible that Springfield has different sights to move the group left and right, but I doubt it. If it is way off, I’d imagine that Springfield would cover it under warranty. Good luck with it.
